Would you like to better deal with racing thoughts, general feelings of disconnectedness, and a host of other consequences / attributes of our current lifestyle? In this three session meditation instruction workshop, you will learn how to quiet the mind using a mantra type technique. The first session we talk about the meditation process, the second session is the instruction, and the third session we meditate together as a group. The intent is for you to be able to meditate on a regular basis by yourself.
Andrew Caldwell is a Master’s Level Clinical Social Worker, who has taught and used this technique since 1972. The cost for the three sessions is a one- time fee of $50.00. No prior experience needed! No need to pre-register, just show up at the first session.
